Apply a small amount of gel to the dry Pro Polishing Toothbrush using the spatula provided. Make circular motions for 10 seconds on the visible surfaces. Rinse with clean water. Use 2 to 3 times a week, after brushing.

It's designed for use 2 to 3 times a week, as a spot-on shine booster. The Pro Polishing Toothbrush, on the other hand, is for daily use as part of your regular brushing routine.
