COMPETITION RULES

“The Smilist Christmas Grand Prize Draw – New York” 
From 07/12/2025 to 25/12/2025 inclusive 

ARTICLE 1 — ORGANIZER 

The company The Smilist, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1000, registered 
registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 88922152900015, whose registered office is located at 50 
avenue des Champs Élysées 75008 Paris, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", organizes 
a sweepstakes with a purchase requirement entitled: 
“The Smilist – New York Christmas Grand Prize Draw” (hereinafter “the Prize Draw”). 

ARTICLE 2 — CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

2.1The game is open to any individual of legal age at the time of their registration.

ARTICLE 3 — TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

3.4Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, or subject to a

ARTICLE 4 — ENDOWMENT 

4.1The game features a single prize: - Two (2) round-trip airline tickets to New York City (NYC) in economy class,

4.2The indicative value of the lot will depend on the rates in effect at the time of the 
reservation. The Organizer does not specify a particular airline and

Tickets must be booked for travel taking place between 01/01/2026 and the

4.4The following are excluded from the allocation:

airport/hotel transfers, 
Meals, personal expenses, insurance, visas, ESTA and all other formalities 
administrative, 
as well as any baggage fees or additional services not included in the 
Standard economy tickets. 
These costs remain the responsibility of the winner and their companion. 
4.5The prize is neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable, nor substitutable for a 
Financial compensation, unless otherwise decided by the Organizer in the event of force majeure. 

ARTICLE 5 — DRAWING OF LOTS 

5.1A draw will be held among all eligible orders received.

ARTICLE 6 — NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND PRESENTATION OF THE PRIZE 

6.1The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during the ordering process.

7.1The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any incident or damage.

or force majeure as defined by French law and jurisprudence. 
7.2The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, or cancel the Game 
in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control, without its 
liability may be incurred. 

ARTICLE 8 — PERSONAL DATA 

The personal data collected in connection with the Game (name, surname, email, 
order number, etc.) are necessary to take participation into account and 
to the awarding of the lot. 
They are processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and Law)

In accordance with the law, each participant has a right of access, rectification,

These regulations are subject to French law. 
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts will be involved.
