- By choosing the subscription, you benefit from a 15% reduction compared to the single purchase. A flexible subscription, without constraints! You can cancel at any time from your customer area, by going to the "Subscriptions" section and clicking on "Suspend my subscription" next to your current subscription. Please note that any changes to your subscription must be made no later than 48 hours before the originally scheduled renewal date to be taken into account.
- You receive the selected kit every 45 days and are charged the associated amount monthly when your kit is sent. Delivery is free from €57 (France only). Subscription is only available on our website. The subscription is without obligation, you can cancel it directly from your customer area, in the “subscriptions” section, by clicking on “Suspend my subscription” next to your current subscription. Please note that any modification to a subscription must be made a maximum of 48 hours before the initially planned renewal date to be taken into account.
- Here's how to do it! To suspend your subscription, follow these simple steps: log in to your customer account and click on the profile icon at the top right. Go to the “Subscriptions” section and click “Suspend my subscription”. An email confirmation will be sent to you. Please note: the suspension is effective if it is carried out a maximum of 48 hours before the renewal date of your subscription. To reactivate your subscription, go to the "Subscriptions" section, then click on "Reactivate my subscription". An email confirmation will notify you of the reactivation and the next renewal date.
